If you sincerely want to invite Jesus, the Son of God, to come into your life, to help you live an upright and meaningful existence on earth, and to save you from an eternity in hell, pray this prayer from the heart:
Dear Jesus, I’m a sinner and I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Turn me around. I believe that You died on the cross to save me. I ask that You now take control of my life…I give it ALL to you. Use me, Lord. I want to live for You. Serve You. I love You, need You and I’m thankful that I will spend eternity with You. In Your name I pray. Amen!
If you prayed this and truly meant it, YOU ARE SAVED!!! Hallelujah, right? Now, walk it out. Make your next step and every single one after that be for Jesus. Live for Him. Cast off the shackles of this world and keep your head high, you newly washed child of God! Your old life and old ways are dead. You are brand new!
Everything you do should emulate what it means to be a true Christian, because, let’s face it, you are now the positive role model, the good influence, in your circle of friends – friends that you surely want to be in Heaven with you in the end. This is serious. Hell is real and anyone not saved WILL GO TO TO HELL.
Don’t be party to anyone going there. Tell your friends about the Prayer of Salvation you just prayed. Don’t pressure them, but lay the truth out on the table. Jesus died for all, but not all will come to Him.
