Yesterday, Empire magazine (which seems to have a stranglehold on amazing Star Wars covers) released its rebels-focused cover for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.  Today, Empire released its second Rogue One cover, this time featuring Director Krennic and two Death Troopers.

I really enjoyed the Empire covers for The Force Awakens and I’m loving these as well.  I also can’t really imagine a more perfect publication pairing than “Empire,” so this is all well-executed.

This issue of Empire promises an “unprecedented access to the slightly-less fearsome director Gareth Edwards and his cast (including an in-depth look at Bistan, the ‘space monkey’)” and will be available on Thursday, August 25th.  I’ll definitely be checking it out.
