Event Cinemas has revealed the run time for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The film will be 133 minutes (two hours and 13 minutes). This time could be inaccurate but if memory serves, last year when Star Wars: The Force Awakens run times hit in this form they were accurate.

That run time is very close to The Force Awakens, which ran for a few minutes longer. Both Rogue One and The Force Awakens are roughly 10 minutes shorter than previous Star Wars films. Event Cinemas also has a sypnosis of the film; it’s nothing huge as we have known about the sypnosis for months:

“Rebels set out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star.”

We are only eight weeks away from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story! I’m really starting to get excited for this film.
