Supervivientesdeendor.es has informed us that the local paper La Provincia is confirming the preparations for the untitled Han Solo: A Star Story production have begun at Fuerteventura. As you can see the site of the filming has a very western feel to it. I’m sure a lot of fans will be asking if this is Corellia and only time will tell.

Fuerteventura as a location was first rumored a few weeks back. It has a pretty neat cowboy feel to it and will likely give us that western in space vibe, if we had to take an easy guess.

The Han Solo film is slated to hit theaters in May of 2018. Until then we will be following the production closely!
