Star Wars Documentary “Secrets of The Force Awakens” to Premiere at SXSW
Today, SXSW announced that the film festival will feature the premiere of a feature-length documentary on the making of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The documentary, entitled “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey,” will screen on March 14th, and it will be the only time the film will be shown in a theatrical environment, before its release on DVD/Blu-ray.

We’re thrilled to announce the world premiere of the feature-length documentary, Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey, at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival.
The documentary will take you behind the scenes of the record-breaking, box office-shattering Star Wars: The Force Awakens with in-depth footage and exclusive interviews with the actors and filmmakers.
To top things off, the screening will also feature an exclusive Q&A with VFX supervisor Roger Guyett, supervising sound editor Matthew Wood, and co-producer Michelle Rejwan. The screening will take place on Monday, March 14 at 12:00pm at the historic Paramount Theatre.
