George Lucas talked to Charlie Rose about his career, popularity, being a director, society, the world he wants to create, and his retirement. He does call Disney “white slavers” at one point (50 minutes in), that’s true as reported by Variety. The interview itself is really interesting and a good listen.

Gotta love George Lucas! I remember back when he was inducted at D23, he seemed to not take it too seriously. He even went as far as to comment he has never been a Disney employee.
