Star Wars Celebration is the place to find out about the future of Star Wars from the creators themselves. Star Wars Celebration Europe has put together an incredible panel of talent to discuss what’s coming up in Star Wars filmmaking.

Lucasfilm and Disney take these panels very seriously and they’re invested in getting us pumped up for these upcoming projects with exclusive previews and details! If you remember Star Wars Celebration 2015, we were supposed to have a discussion panel with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story director Gareth Edwards and Josh Trank, director of the rumored “Project Tin Can,” but Trank didn’t attend due to him leaving the project. That didn’t stop the panel from being stellar! At the panel a teaser was shown for Rogue One which has still only been seen there!

At the “Future Filmmaker Discussion” panel, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, Lucasfilm Story Group member Kiri Hart, Star Wars: Episode VIII director Rian Johnson, and Han Solo: A Star Wars Story directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord will be in attendance to discuss their projects and no doubt what else is on the horizon for Star Wars films.

The “Future Filmmaker Discussion,” set for Celebration Stage on Sunday, July 17, is sure to include some surprises and end the weekend on a high note.
