The official Star Wars Twitter announced this morning that Rian Johnson has completed principal photography on Star Wars: Episode VIII. This isn’t a huge surprise as there was recently a wrap party for the cast and crew. Nonetheless, it’s exciting to hear that Episode VIII is 100% wrapped for now.

Star Wars: Episode VIII hits theaters on December 15th, 2017.
