Beard today, gone tomorrow.

Mark Hamill tweeted out a video this morning of his beard getting shaved. In the video Hamill also confirms that Luke Skywalker will be back in Star Wars: Episode IX. We of course already know that Luke will be in Star Wars: Episode VIII. Now we know he is in it for the long haul. I have never really thought that Luke would die in VIII anyway, especially knowing that a major original trilogy character was killed off in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Another thing to note is that Mark is shaving his beard, most likely since he is hosting his new show “Pop Culture Quest“. He’ll probably grow the beard back late next year before Episode IX filming actually begins.
