Today will mark the first day of filming on Star Wars: Episode VIII in Dubrovnik. The main cast that will be in Dubrovnik will not begin shooting until around the 11th. The Dubrovnik Times has shared this video of the preparations going down on the sets just before filming is to begin. This video by the Digital Nomads shows us what the city looked like on the cusp of filming:
