Our friends over at Jedibibliothek have uncovered the first six titles for season 3 of Star Wars Rebels. 

01-02: “Steps into Shadow, Parts 1 & 2” – USA: 24/09/2016
03: “The Holocrons of Fate” – USA: 10/01/2016
04: “The Antilles Extraction” – USA: 10/08/2016
05: “Hera’s Heroes” – USA: 15/10/2016
06: “The Last Battle” – USA: 10/22/2016

It looks like we will be seeing Wedge Antilles in the third episode of Season 3. I would think Holocrons of Fate is about Darth Maul and Ezra melding the Jedi and Sith Holocron’s  together like we see in the season 3 trailer. I’m really glad Rebels isn’t taking crazy 2 week breaks in between episodes like they did with Season 1. Star Wars Rebels Season 3 premieres September 24th at 8 PM EST!
