The Star Wars: Episode VIII Dubrovnik set now has some fancy lights on the archways around the doors/windows:

I think this further confirms the sequences in this part of the film are likely to take place at night when filmed. I think it also settles any debates on if it is a location we have seen before, as it seems very much unlikely anything we’ve seen in the previous Star Wars films.
